Little Green Dots (2021)

Little Green Dots (2021) is a published collection of nature-inspired poems. It is the brainchild of a creative dialogue between Celeste Choo and Azrael Tseng, who contributed visuals and words respectively.

Twenty hand-drawn illustrations were produced using dip pens and ink to emulate the etched prints of old children’s novels. At first glance, the images appear simplistic, imaginative and nostalgic; a closer look, however, reveals painstaking depth and richness in detail. Similarly, the poems read with a lyrical ease that belies the heavier themes covered; once again, begging the reader to spare more than a glance.
