Artist’s comments
This was taken as we were leaving the Sacré-Cœur in Montmatre. A cold drizzle was starting up again, and well, the mood was somewhere between sombre and melancholic. Suddenly, a gust introduced some comedy, and there was a wave of surprised laughs as umbrellas flipped outward.
I was just lucky I had my finger on the shutter.
